Corn Black Bean Salsa...

This recipe needs a little tweaking, but it's good enough that I smell like the garden patch..

1 can corn drained
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 stalk green onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 Serrano chili seeded and chopped
1 large avocado diced
a bit of Cholula hot sauce to taste
a smidge of sea salt
a tiny bit of black pepper

I have been eating a variation of this too for lunch. Yours has more yummy ingredients though. Won't it be great when we have garden tomatoes?
