I enjoyed this book immensely. It is a chronological biography of the life of Christ carefully researched and referenced and based on events recorded in ancient and modern scripture. Everyone should read this once. I thought it would be a challenging book, but it was not and I really enjoyed how
Talmage compares the different gospels when they reference the same event.

Definitely worth reading. You;ve inspired me to pick something to read with a bit more depth.
Loving all your posts today! But I still want to see the chaos!
I enjoyed this book as well but I have a hard time remembering how Talmage put things because I don't remember things in his words. I think I would like to try it again as an older person and see if I like it even more. I don't think I made it to the end of it the first time. But that's common for me. I pick up a new book before I put down the other book. Sometimes I'm so confused as to what book I want to read I just stare at the bookshelf. It's really a shame. It's like when I used to make lists of "things I need to do." I did that a lot until dad told me, "why not put down the list and just accomplish the first 3 things? Seems like you could spend a lot of time making lists that would eat into your time accomplish the items listed." Good advice from Dad.
this book is amazing!
