Candy Corns...

A new box for New Years!
Fall in Utah is so pretty.. I always think of it as a new year... and a new school year. I love that all the holidays are right around the corner.
On another topic... Do you ever notice grocery packaging? I love it! Well.. I love some of it. For instance it doesn't thrill me when the fun and lovely M&M's package is taken over by The Incredible Hulk. No one finds him appetizing!
Once I gave a Halloween Party and used plastic grocery containers as the serving dishes, candy bowls and flower containers. I thought it turned out fun, but I don't know if anyone in my book club got that it was sort of a fun joke. It was recycling however!

I agree. Sometimes a yogurt container with a lid is the exactly perfect size in which to put something. We throw away so much that could be re-used!

Super cute boxes! I like the sparkles with the black. I think that sounds like a fun idea for a party! I know how you feel about the hulk!

Love the new boxes. I agree with you about product packaging. One of my favorite labels is on a can of baking powder (Clabber Girl, I think?). Oh, but my husband is a huge Hulk fan and he's the guy who will actually buy a product BECAUSE it has the Hulk on it!

I love it! You have such an eye for composition. I LOVE the cottage cheese container. Is it OK that I get all my fun ideas from you and Michelle? Thanks for another one!

Beautiful glossy black. I love to decorate with Candy Corn in the fall...I just don't like to eat them.

Love the new love box! And the cottage cheese container is so cute when you do it all up that way. I hope your book club got your fun joke if they didn't they're silly. :)

I love your Halloween/new year box! It looks fantastic. I would have gotten your grocery store container joke, I think it's great.
