I was thinking the other day that I ought to paint some cherries... First because it's almost President's Day and second because I'm reading this wonderful book. A cherry box or two will be available in the later today...
The quote inside reads, "Knowledge is the food of the Soul... Plato."
I thought it was the perfect quote since our founders depended so much on the Classical Greeks.

I cannot express to you how perfect the cherry boxes are. I love them profoundly! They are so beautiful and perfect! I love cherries in the summer, and every time I get a bag of them by the side of the highway, I think of Tiffany because of the Cheery Cherry Chair! Your creativity never ceases to warm the soul.
