I feel that I may need to post a warning on this blog. November 1rst kicks off the Christmas Season for me. I know there are purists that like to wait until after Thanksgiving, but to myself I ask, "What am I most thankful for?" and the answer is Christmas. I am one of those annoying Christmas Freaks... yes the Christmas music has already been on and I've watched Elf and The Santa Clause. Yep, a Christmas freak who lives with Christmas freaks.I won't put the tree up until about the 15th and it stays up until 12th night... why don't we still have 12 days of Christmas. Possibly because people like me have made it 65 days? Anyway, have you seen this movie? Would little c like it?

I am with you 100%! As soon as this enrichment night thing is over I am going into christmas mode!
How wonderful to be able to put your tree up on the 15th November. My husband would think I was crazy. I usually put it up on 1st December and he thinks that's too early.By New Years day he's asking when am I taking it down, I keep putting off having to take it down as long as I can because like you I love Christmas.

I think it's great your tree goes up so early. How fun for your family! I wait until the weekend after Thanksgiving and it stays until at least Jan. 6.
I think it is the Swedish heritage in me, but I can't handle the Christmas decoration clutter that long. My Christmas village goes up right after Thanksgiving and we always buy the tree the first Monday in December. By New Year's Day, my spartin mind is going crazy and I have to take everything down.
