I lost this recipe today and THat can't happen again. So, I'm posting it here. These are my favorite chocolate chip cookies ... I make them in 2 versions.
Version 1
4 1/2 cups unbleached flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/8 cups sugar
1 1/8 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
3 cubes butter at room temp (important)
1 to 1/2 tsp sea salt (depending on weather butter is salted or not)
1 1/2 good Mexican Vanilla
1 package choc. chips
I like to roll small balls of dough and bake them at 350 degrees for 9 min.
Version 2
same as above except I add 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa. :)
