Ginger Spots...





3 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp . sea salt
2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup salted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 large egg
1/2 cup unsulfered molasses

bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 min. Add icing when cool.
PS.. I like to use this tiny (about the size of a 50cent piece) scoop to make them. They are so cute tiny. :)
